How we quote, what is included, who owns the work, how payments and revisions are handled, and what happens if something goes wrong.
These terms apply when you engage Mechverse Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") — a digital services business based in Karachi, Pakistan — for any service, and when you use this website.
By accepting a quote, paying a deposit, or instructing us to begin work, you agree to these terms. Where we issue a separate written proposal, contract or statement of work, that document takes precedence over these terms for anything it specifically covers.
We provide graphic design, UI/UX design, website development, mobile app development, SEO and social media marketing, social media management, video and reels production, virtual assistance, and international courier support.
Services can be engaged individually or combined. The exact deliverables for your project are defined in the quote or proposal we issue, not by the general descriptions on this website.
Quotes are based on the information you give us at the time. If the requirements change — more pages, more revisions, extra platforms, a different direction — we will tell you before continuing and issue a revised quote where the change affects cost or timeline.
Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days, covers only the deliverables it lists, and excludes third-party costs such as domains, hosting, premium plugins, stock assets, paid fonts and advertising budgets.
Work begins once the scope is agreed and any required deposit is received.
Delivering on time depends on both sides. You agree to:
You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you supply. We rely on your confirmation and are not responsible for verifying claims, prices or legal statements in material you give us.
Timelines given in a quote are estimates based on prompt feedback and complete materials. Delays in supplying content, approvals or access will move the delivery date accordingly.
Where a fixed deadline is critical to you, tell us before the project starts so it can be agreed in writing.
Each quote states how many rounds of revision are included. A revision means refinement within the agreed direction — adjusting layout, wording, colours or details.
A change of direction after a concept has been approved, or new requirements outside the agreed scope, is treated as additional work and quoted separately. We will always tell you before treating a request that way.
Ownership of the final delivered work transfers to you once the project has been paid for in full. Until then, the work remains our property and may not be published or used commercially.
We retain ownership of our own underlying tools, frameworks, templates, internal code libraries and working methods, which we may reuse on other projects. This does not affect your ownership of the deliverables produced for you.
Concepts, drafts and unused options are not transferred and remain ours unless the quote states otherwise.
Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may display completed work in our portfolio, website and social media. If your project is confidential, let us know before it starts and we will exclude it.
Projects often involve third-party products — hosting, domains, plugins, themes, stock images, fonts, app stores and advertising platforms. These are supplied under their own terms and pricing, which you accept when using them.
We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, price increases, rejections or account suspensions imposed by third parties, including app store review decisions and advertising platform approvals. Where you ask us to purchase such items on your behalf, the cost is passed on to you.
Where we arrange international shipping:
Each side agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of the project. This does not apply to information that is already public, was known before disclosure, or must be disclosed by law.
Credentials you share with us are used solely to perform the agreed work. We recommend issuing us our own access where the platform supports it, and revoking it when the project ends.
We will perform our services with reasonable skill and care, in line with normal professional standards.
We do not warrant that a website or application will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any particular search ranking, reach, engagement or sales result will be achieved, or that third-party platforms will approve or continue to support your content. Marketing and SEO outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including competition and platform algorithms.
If a defect in our work is reported within a reasonable period after delivery, we will correct it at no charge. This does not cover issues caused by changes made by others, third-party updates, or content supplied by you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with a project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You are responsible for keeping your own backups of content and data you supply, and for maintaining backups of any live system after handover unless you have engaged us for ongoing maintenance.
You may cancel a project at any time by telling us in writing. You remain liable for work already completed and for any third-party costs already committed on your behalf. Deposits covering scheduled work are non-refundable once work has begun.
Recurring services can be cancelled with reasonable notice before the next billing cycle; the current cycle is payable in full.
We may end an engagement if payment is significantly overdue, if required materials are not supplied over an extended period, or if the working relationship becomes unreasonable. In that case you are invoiced for work completed to date and we will hand over the deliverables covered by it.
You agree not to use our services or website to create, distribute or promote anything unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, infringing, or harmful to others. We may decline or stop work that we believe falls into those categories, and we reserve the right to refuse any project at our discretion.
Content on this website — including text, layout, graphics and code — belongs to Mechverse Enterprises and may not be copied or republished without permission.
Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet or power outages, hosting or platform failures, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, civil unrest, government action or war. Affected obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and we will keep you informed.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Karachi have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to resolve a disagreement directly and in good faith before either side takes formal steps.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these terms as our services change. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The version in effect when your project was agreed is the version that applies to it.
